Our printing processes
Pad printing
When creating a cliché through film, a special process is used to imprint an indentation in a metal plate. This indentation corresponds to the desired logo or design and is then filled with color. By using a rubber stamp, the ink is absorbed and transferred to the product by means of a stamp principle. This process is suitable for both plastic and metal surfaces and ensures precise and durable application of the motif.
To ensure that the color has the desired hue, high-quality printing inks are used, which are produced according to the Pantone color standard or other color templates. Pantone is a globally recognized color system that ensures consistent and accurate color reproduction. By using Pantone colors or other color templates, you can be sure that the printed motif has the desired color properties.
Coinage
Hot foil stamping is often used as a process for the finishing of plastics. With the help of a metal stamp with the desired logo, the message is transferred to the material. By combining pressure, time and heat, the logo is melted into the material and at the same time finished with a thin foil coating.
Silver and gold foils in particular are often used to emphasize the decoration and support the overall impression of the writing instrument. These metallic colors give the product a classy and appealing look.
Hot foil stamping offers a wide range of design options and makes it possible to present logos, texts or other elements on plastics in a durable and high-quality manner. The embossing gives the product a special feel and makes it an eye-catcher. It is suitable for both small details and larger areas and allows individual adaptation to the design requirements.
