The softer of the two fibers consists of an ideal mixture of different fiber diameters. This guarantees an extremely high water and ink absorption capacity as well as an even delivery of the medium. KUM Faded | what makes it the perfect watercolor brush? <\/h1>\n

Many of the synthetic brushes available on the market are designed to resemble natural hair. Popular models for synthetic variants are, for example, the Kolinsky hair or the fairy hair. <\/p>\n

However, when developing our Faded Brush, the focus was not on imitating a natural hair as closely as possible. Rather, we have oriented ourselves to the needs of the artists. <\/p>\n

The Faded offers a perfect balance between hardness and resilience. We define its degree of hardness as medium-soft, i.e. exactly in the middle between conventional watercolor brushes, which are either very soft or, like the Kolinsky hair and its replicas, are a little harder. <\/p>\n

The fibers of the Faded Brush provide:<\/p>\n
