The KUM Memory Point is particularly suitable for brush lettering due to its unique properties. The contrast of thick and thin lines gives the words in brush lettering that certain something. Depending on how much pressure is used, different effects can be achieved with the Memory Point.
The perfectly shaped tip is ideal for drawing the smallest details and strokes.
If you only lightly stroke the tip over the paper, the finest lines are created.
If more pressure is applied to the brush, it fans out.
With the now widened brush tip, thicker strokes can also be drawn.
If the pressure is reduced again, the tip returns to its original shape and thin lines can appear.
This allows the width of the line to be varied as desired in a brushstroke.
The high elasticity and dimensional stability of the brush also ensure that all hairs form a tip.
